Stunning newly renovated 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom apartment on 2nd floor overlooking the trendy Westbourne Grove. Brand new kitchen, new bathrooms and completely new flooring throughout along with built in storage in two bedrooms and custom made blinds. Huge sitting room with SKY cable TV, very good SKY WiFi. Walking distance to 3 tube stops and short bus/taxi to Paddington Station. Amazing restaurants and shops on your doorstep and walking distance to Portobello Road.

Stunning recently completely renovated to a very high standard, this 3 bedroom flat overlooks trendy Westbourne Grove with a multitude of restaurants/shops and cafes on your doorstep. Located on the 2nd floor (3rd floor for US guests), the flat is all on one floor, over 1000sq feet. You come into the flat with new herringbone oak flooring throughout. On the right is a brand new kitchen with all the amenities you need, induction hob, combined microwave/oven, huge fridge freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher. Nespresso coffee machine.

To the left in the front of the house is the large sitting room with 3 person sofa and 2 very comfy swivel chairs. TV with SKY cable channels and good SKY hub WiFi. There is a glass dining room table with seating for 6 people.

The next room is the large super king size bedroom again in the front of the house with large windows and a custom built in storage.

The middle bedroom is a spacious single bedroom and then to the back of the property is a dual aspect king size bedroom with built in storage and a smart TV.

The bathrooms are at the back of the house, a completely renovated shower room with a huge rain shower and handheld shower unit and a hand made sink and of course a loo. Next door is the half bathroom with a loo and sink.

The area is amazing with lots of lovely restaurants on your doorstep and within walking distance to 3 tube stops (Queensway/Bayswater and Notting Hill). Short walk to Portobello Road as well and also Hyde Park for lovely walks and runs.
