When you rent out our apartment, you will have access to the entire property. Maximum occupancy is 7 guests with 5 beds in total. The two bedrooms can make king size beds depending on our guests liking and the last bedroom has a single bed. There is also a double sofa bed in the living room.

Our sophisticated apartment has been furnished in great detail. The living room, dining area and kitchen are open planned which is a great place for our guests’ to enjoy each other's company. The apartment is complete with appliances that make living in our apartment comfortable and convenient. It has TV with cable, FREE WIFI, stove with oven, fridge with separate freezer, coffee maker, washer dryer, microwave and kitchen wares.

House rules:
• Keep the apartment clean, tidy and clear of rubbish and leave the apartment in the same condition as you find it.
• Absolutely no smoking inside the house of any kind, otherwise a strict £500 fine will be applied. You are welcome to smoke out front or back.
• No parties/events;
• Pet fee is £10/night.
