Great base for our work in the Kensington/Knightsbridge area. Comfortable bed and clean and spacious room and appreciated the bath after a long day. We've stayed in other Numa properties and like the brand, it's always a good choice. A bit of a walk from the nearest tube but was fine for us - made the cost of a three night trip very reasonable

First day - lock pin didn’t work and no cold water for some time Second day - no water so toilet flush didn’t work until early evening almost 12-15 hours with no water. Stay at your own risk where there is no in person reception and only had to rely on WhatsApp text especially when on vacation prefer some well known hotel chain

no water in the hotel for basically the whole weekend we stayed there -when we contacted customer service to complain we could not shower or use the toilet we were met with a single emoji in response and nothing else! we had to follow up again to ask what was going on. going in the room was very clean, but as a basic and casual hotel for somewhere to sleep and freshen up, we didn’t even get to do that. and little details seem to be missed in the rooms -nowhere to hang towels in the bathroom, few plugs available, lighting was very dim. even the lobby area where you can relax is eerily quiet -this hotel has no atmosphere or charm.
