Disliked: Staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
Bare wires in bathroom where light fitting should have been, only one light out of 3 worked in lounge, no TV, no double glazing, opposite lap dancing club - the thumping music and crowd noise goes on til the early hours of the morning, phone line never answered.
