DO NOT BOOK, DEAD RAT, BROKEN RAILS, UNSAFE!!!

DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE. Dead Rats on the ground, missing paintings, broken railings, exposed electrical outlets and wires, flickering lights, leaking roofs, broken windows covered up with pieces of paper, I cannot stress how much this was a terrible experience and I will most likely never book with Hotels.com ever again due to this insane stay. The property manager did not respond to messages from Hotels.com, nor the phone number listed. When you call it they will give you a different number they respond from, which I believe is a scam so when you ask for a refund from Hotels.com they cannot reach them. Hotels.com declined to process the refund without getting in touch with the number listed. Hotels.com won't even look at the screenshot text messages of the person who eventually got back to me. Since the number does not match what they gave to Hotels.com. This is a scam, DO NOT BOOK HERE. This was not safe for adults and ESPECIALLY CHILDREN. The location was good and that was it, nothing about it was similar in any way shape or form. They even tried sending a repair man at 8 AM in the morning with NO FOREWARNING to fix a broken window that they covered up with paper. Look at the pictures, it will speak for itself. I have text message screenshot proof of the property manager promising a refund to which they are dodging Hotels.com on reaching and myself now. Save yourself and do not book here under any circumstance. I may look into litigation for how terrible this experienc

El apartamento ponia hora de entrada de 15h a 00:00... llegamos a las 21h, nadie nos esperaba, no recibimos mail del propietario de cómo entrar al apartamento... nos entramos en la calle de noche, 13 personas, sin poder dormir, con 5 niños y tuvimos que pedir ayuda a la policia, que nos llevó a un hotel, porque todo estaban completo. El hotel, nos costó una fortuna, porque en el centro de Londres y de 4 estrellas. Una experiència horrible... y todavia estamos luchando para que nos hagan la devolución de lo pagado en este apartamento.
