Close by to a recreational park and easy public transport links; in fact the bus stop is just outside the hotel gate. Good buffet English breakfast. The road is quite a busy road day and and night.

The rooms are exceptionally tiny. You can barely walk in there. I've never seen smaller hotel rooms in my life. The check in was terrible. The receptionist made us wait around 15 mins before even giving us the key. Complete waste of money. The bed was shakey and the toilet was not clean. The tv is not even in front of the bed and so far away you can barely see anything. Do not waste your money going here, not worth it at all. They take a 50 pound deposit aswell!

£50 Security deposit on site

This hotel is really bad in terms of services, I have stayed at several places before but never come across more bad than this due to following reasons, 1. They say that there is ample parking space on site but apparently you have to find a space anywhere on the road if you are lucky enough to park. 2. They charged £50 security deposit despite the fact that you have booked through ebooker and have your credit card which you use for payment they charge you £50 and say that they will return it in 5 days. 3. They gave us second-floor unit even with 2 kids and pregnant wife but there was no mercy 4. Although it says the place has no smoking policy, however, our room was next to the corridor fire exit where people stand and smoke and hence all the smell comes through 5. We were next door to a gang of boys with loud music and unpreceded laugh till 4 am which was so disturbing that we couldn't sleep. Overall worst experience than we have ever had before never wants to return back or recommend anyone..

bit far out but very clean

Pros: very clean nice staff

Cons: aircon more pillows and breakfast

Location: didnt go nearby

room was very clean but very HOT. hotel staff happy to help. breakfast wasnt very good. they cook ham instead of bacon which i thought weird. only one pillow on bed. room very clean as newly refurbished but also extremely hot

Not bad

The hotel claimed that there is a maintenance issue when we reached the hotel on Saturday and asked us to go to Cranbrook hotel. They could have intimated me by calling me about this in advance. They did not intimate me when I called them on Friday to check about the booking. Although the hotel room is ok, the surrounding ambience is not at all good.
