The apartment is Located in the basement. There was garbage accumulated in the entrance to the apartment and there was mold on the corners of the wall of the apartment. Mold was encountered on the corners, on the side of the walls and the corner of the ceilings. Paint was bulging and peeling from the outlets and the walls. It held a moldy smell. The futon cover was dirty, anything but elegant and definetely not what was pictured.The management was responsive in coming to the apartment and providing a more descent healthier accommodation in a different location and kept up with his communication. It was just a half day lost trying to find a different accommodation and moving to a different location with our luggage.
