The Room was clean except for a stray French fry under the side table. I like this premiere so much more than the travel lodge closer to Tower Bridge. No funky odors. No rats. And a clean and functional bathroom. Service was superb. Price was right as well. If I have to be in this area again. I’d stay here.

The location was excellent, close to transportation and walking distance to tower bridge and Tower of London. The local restaurants were great. A little under staffed and some attention needed on housekeeping. Other than that, we felt safe and the staff that was available went out of their way for us. Would go back again, definitely…

Great location (short walk to Aldgate East station), good amenities (e.g. electric kettle), but two issues I will highlight- - After clean up, they replaced two towels with one, and that means for the 2nd towel I had to go all the way down to reception to collect it. This happened twice. For a double room, why can't you just give two towels? - In the last day, they didn't refill the coffee sachet. I went all the way down to reception, and they also failed to provide the same, saying out of stock

As atendentes são extremamente simpáticas e solícitas, e agradeço especialmente à Alina e ao rapaz cujo nome infelizmente não me recordo, mas cuja família é de Santa Lúcia. O café da manhã, embora pago à parte, é bastante variado e muito satisfatório. Solicitei a troca das toalhas, mas ela não foi realizada, provavelmente porque eu não estava sendo compreendida. Além disso, descobri que o serviço de limpeza deveria ser solicitado diretamente na recepção, algo que nunca havia visto em outros hotéis. Fica apenas a sugestão para que essa informação seja comunicada com mais clareza aos hóspedes.

Super beliggenhed tæt på Underground og restauranter (den italienske på den anden siden af gaden var virkelig god). Fine værelser med te og kaffe. Badekar. Stor morgenmad - ofte med lidt kø for at få plads dog og nogle gange lidt for mange mennesker til at der hele tiden var mad nok. Kan bestemt anbefales.

Vi er veldig fornøyde med vårt opphold. Frokosten var mer enn forventet for et hotell i London i denne prisklassen. Området rundt hotellet oppleves trygt og rent. Små butikker med dagligvarer kort gåavstand. Nydelig pizzarestaurant (rimelige priser!) rett ved siden av hotellet og en knallgod pastarestaurant rett over gaten. Hyggelig personale. Eneste minus var at vi ikke greide self-check-in på maskin, da reservasjonen gjennom hotels.com ikke ga noe referansemummer eller qr-kode. Fikk hjelp til manuell innsjekk, men måtte vente litt.
