The breakfast was so great! Location was awesome to walk or catch the hop on hop off buses. Great with M&S right by to get great food and guilds restaurants, including the one in the hotel. Great things on tap too in the bar. We would definitely stay there again if we arrive at Waterloo station.

Didn’t like the self check in feature, but a very nice young lady named Kenza helped us and our check in went very smooth and she even helped us with our luggage up to our room, this is well above and beyond service and all the employees were always so helpful and respectful of our needs, thank you and kiddos to the staff at the Premiere Inn.
