we weren’t expecting a luxury and this is very good deal for the price that we paid and the location close to the airport and shuttle service was appreciated and very convenient. The staff was very nice, but the restaurant service was a little slow. As long as you are patient and not in a rush, I would stay here again

It was fine…just average but bed was decent, shuttle was on time. Good place to stay for an early morning flight. They get a 3 because the restaurant food was not good.

We were stranded in London when our Air BnB host ghosts us. We found Premier Inn on Expedia and we decided to give it a chance. When we arrived, I had already paid for the two days and check in was a breeze. The room was large clean and lovely for sure. I would recommend this location to everyone, I know next time we are in town we will be staying here for sure!! One thing, maybe book straight through the hotel. I received my invoice for the stay from the Hotel and it turns out I would have saved 60 Pounds if I had booked it myself.

If you are looking for a place to stay the night before your flight out from Heathrow - this is a good choice. The only reason that it lost a star in the review is because you have to purchase a ticket on a separate company bus and it may not be easy to get a seat on the first bus that comes by. The room was clean and decently appointed. The staff was friendly and the bar/restaurant was nice. Nothing too fancy. The whole operation caters to Heathrow travelers.

We stayed here the night before our early flight. So glad we did. Being within a short bus ride to the airport in the morning took all the stress away. The hotel was lovely and despite being so close to the very busy airport, we slept well as we heard NO plane noise. Remarkable. Would definitely choose to stay here in the future. Oh, and it was very budget friendly.
