The staffs in this hotel are friendly. The location is good very closed to Kings's Cross Station and there's a bus stop just opposite the hotel. But the areas around the hotel is very noisy and unclean. The worst part was the hot water system is not 7/24. We are a family of 3 stayed in a family room, on the last night of our stay, only one of us had a full hot shower, one had to rush to end the shower because hot water ran out in half way, and the last one had no shower on that night.

Friendly and welcoming staff who kindly helped arrange an early check-in at 9:30am when we arrived on Christmas Day — truly appreciated after a long journey. It was great to be able to freshen up before heading out to explore downtown. The hotel is compact, as expected for London, but the room is thoughtfully designed and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Would happily stay again.

The hotel was in a great location with easy access to trains and the tube for getting around London. Our Eurostar train got cancelled, and we were able to book 2 extra nights, being we couldn't get to Paris. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was a perfect start to each morning and was worth the cost. I will definitely stay here again if I am near King's Cross.
