Overall the hotel is nice and the location is great. However they left only one bath towel and 1 small towel for 3 people and I had to argue with the woman at the front desk to get more. She said 1 towel for 3 people was standard. Eventually the cleaning staff brought more towels so that was ok. I was just surprised that the person didn't apologize right away and give me more towels instead of arguing with me.
