I would just like to say how wonderful the staff were at this cute hotel. I recently stayed here for 2 nights whilst attending a conference at the excel. From the moment i arrived, I was greeted with a smile and a bottle of water. All the staff were amazing and could not be more helpful. Breakfast was delicious too. I would highly recommend and will definitely be returning on my next trip to London. Thank you Prince Regent Excel for making my stay so comfortable.
