I recently stayed at the Prince Regent hotel next to the Excel Exhibition Centre and was genuinely impressed. The facilities were brilliant, clean, comfy and really convenient for the exhibition centre. But what truly stood out was the staff. Every single person I encountered was incredibly friendly, polite, and genuinely keen to do whatever they could to make the stay comfortable and pleasant. It made a big difference. A great experience overall, I’d happily stay again.

I was not able to stay in the property and had to find other accomadation for the night. I was on the ground floor and the fire exit was in my room. The window opened fully out and the surroundings seemed very unsafe. I want a full refund as I did not stay the night.
