Disliked: Amenities, property conditions & facilities
Decent location close to Paddington Station. The main problems were maintenance (lots of worn or broken items), an almost unusable ground-floor bedroom (so small you can't stand up in it), and a scary staircase that was a safety challenge for the older person in our party
