False advertising
Several false advertising: states garage for car and bike - host said not available but keeps it on the listing
Master bedroom states a king size bed and not even a queen.
Lication on the map shows Belgravia (one of the most prestigious areas of London) but in reality it is not there it is on the other side of Victoria station. Totally different neighborhood not as safe and not clean.
Access to roof patio (back door) does not lock.
Patio picture is beautiful but nothing like it in person - all plants dead, trash and junk pilled, cushions unusable as super dirty. Floors disgustingly dirty and also unclean furniture
Both toilet seats broken and unusable
As we arrived we video with the host who was not in town and he could not believe what he saw. We went to a hotel for 2 days. Came vack all issues not solved. Host had offered a discount or a full refund. We asked for the full refund. He agreed and on the next day decided not to refund us except a small portion. We never stayed there.
No curtains in living room with floor to celing glass. AC at max in an not very hot day still unbearable hot inside apartment.
States has “towels” - well only two bath towels no face, wash or floor mat. No towels hanger no toilet paper hanger no place for soap or shampoo in showers.
Carpet has very large (30cm/12’) black stains.
Paintings removed and screws left showing
Empty large vases in the middle of the living room.
Not even 4 glasses of same size. Kitchen dirty
