I will be back

Service was excellent and responsive. Rooms are small but well appointed. The breakfast was a great deal and a wonderful way to start the day. Parking is on street and limited but free.

The hotel is good. The staff were excellent and breakfast excellent. The surroundings streets were awful. Not a safe area. Gangs of huddled youths everywhere. Lots of bin bags and rubbish around. I could not park my car at premises and really did not feel safe leaving it anywhere in this area. Sorry but would not return based on my comments

Rosemay is more like a motel. Decent, but not really like a boutique hotel as represented. Furnishings & bedding felt makeshift. Staff were really great!

I had a great overnight stay. The decor of the rooms was so beautiful and the rooms were immaculate. I would definitely recommend this hotel over the typical chains. You can see the care and detail that has gone into the design! And it’s family owned!

I had an excellent stay at this hotel—clean, comfortable, and overall a great choice for anyone visiting the area. The room was well-equipped, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, one small drawback was the absence of a phone in the room to contact reception. In case of any need or emergency, it would have been more convenient to have a direct line available. That said, I would still highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay there again. A phone in the room would just make the experience even better!

This place has only just opened so brand new they have done a great job of the place not much options in this area but way better than the big chains for the price. Not much parking so just check before you book I will use again if in the area.

There was an issue all day and night with a fire door alarm that kept going off. There is not a chair in the room so could only sit on bed and not work on computer. Unable to adjust aircon in room so was very cold. Spotless cleanliness. Lovely staff. A lovely quiet area, just very disturbed by door alarm when sleeping.

New and well built hotel with excellent staff

Really fantastic staff who took care of all our needs and even accommodated our kind request to have kitchen prepare breakfast earlier than their typical time. Hotel was really nice with rooms being spot on. A few bus stops away from Hays and Harrington station, then an Elizabeth line into key London areas. Can’t thank them enough for their hospitality.

In aa month of travel this was by far the nicest hotel, room and staff that we encountered by far. Usually when you stay you have one or two things you feel the accommodation might improve on. This hotel was perfect for us in every way.
