Ruby Zoe is a nice place, but they could be great with a few changes. They don't give you facial towels. The smallest towel you can bathe with is a 16x30-inch hand towel. One of the elevators was out of order each day. They really make it clear they don't want guests to get housekeeping service. They offer a drink to waive your right to have your room cleaned when you check in. EVERY time you ask for housekeeping they pull up your check-in record to verify if you took the drink. Aside from those annoyances, the place is actually nice. The rooms are small, but very efficient in space. They have floor-to-ceiling windows. The shower has an overhead and handheld heads. The rooms have amplifiers - like they're expecting you to connect your instruments to them. I guess they're trying to market to guitarists 🎸 But the best thing Ruby Zoe has going is its location. It's near the Notting Hill Gate tube station, and there are stores, restaurants and bars in walking distance. Holland Park Avenue is a great location for Notting Hill.

Small but stylish rooms, friendly staff, great breakfast. No in-room fridge or coffee maker and vending machines were poorly stocked and overpriced, but just bring your own drinks/snacks and you'll be fine.

Unhelpful staff that were clearly prejudiced and didn’t want me in their hotel. Kept changing their policy to suit their ever changing biases. Didn’t clean my room once during the entire 3 days stay and it is safe to say I will not be staying there again.

Great but could be better with couple of tweaks

Great location, lovely rooms. Not sure about the university style communal hot water for drinks- better to have in the room really. Also communal ironing areas are a bit rubbish in practice. Funky hotel though and nice staff.

Comfortable & spotlessly clean with a quirky edge

The hotel is great, the rooms have everything you could possibly need, the rooms are spotlessly clean with a very comfortable bed and great shower. The price I paid for 3 rooms for me and 2 work colleagues was very reasonable, I will definitely stay here again.
