Thermostat in room was throwing an error so we couldn’t adjust the temp. Shower tub had a slow drain and a shallow floor pan which caused the water to overflow after 1-2 minutes. We had to turn off the water during showers. Otherwise safe and clean hotel.

10/10 for those shipping pets from Heathrow.

I stayed overnight with my pet dog prior to us both flying to NZ. The staff couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful. Its easy to find green spaces/walks direct from the hotel and the hotel has its own non height restricted, security camera enabled outdoor carpark in front of the main entrance if like me, you hired a van to transport a large pet crate for pickup.

One person on reception having a fifteen minute chit chat with the guest checking in while we waited. Then, like buses, three receptionists turned up at once. Had a club room very small, noisy. This hotel is not sound proofed from aircraft. Food offerings in club lounge were dire. Hotel very clean, that’s possibly the best thing about it.
