One of the worst days of my life

This was one of the worst experiences of my life. There was an incident at my house so I had to find somewhere quickly to lay my head down for the night, I was also with my young child let me add. I found this place and it was cheap but looked nice enough. I got a cab there and once the cab got to the address, that was when I realised the advert on Hotels.com did not have a door number just the name of the street. After walking up and down trying to locate the house I called the number on the check in info. Nobody picked up! Then I tried calling Hotels.com and I kept getting put through to an automated system which didn’t give me an option to get hold of the owners of the property. I had to then call a friend and pay for a cab to drop me at her house. This experience with Hotels.com & the people who are putting up apartments with minimal information and not being available to check their clients in is appalling. Also let me add that when I got there I knocked on an apartment where I thought the place was and a guy answered the door and said earlier on another person had come looking for the bed & breakfast (if that’s what you want to call this place) and was experiencing the same issue with there being no door number and they were repeatedly calling the place and they couldn’t get through. I’m extremely unhappy and I will be requesting my money back!!!

Primero el día que llego a Londres me cambiaron del sitio donde habia reaervado me enviaron a otra dirección, tenían huéspedes de larga estancia que se creían los dueños del sitio y la mujer solo pasaba hablando desde muy temprano hasta tarde, me pidieron una fianza de £50 y hasta ahora me la devuelven ni responden a los mensajes que les he enviado, la inseguridad para poder ducharme fue molesta porque yo era la única mujer y habían 4 hombres y la puerta no tenia nada para poner seguro

POSITIVO: La cama era muy cómoda y la habitación estaba limpia. Cerca del metro NEGATIVO: Nos dijeron que si llegábamos mas tarde de las 8.00pm. nos cobraban 15 libras un detalle muy feo ya que llegamos a las 7.40pm. y nuestra habitación no estaba preparada por lo que nos tuvieron que dar otra. El wifi no funcionaba. La ducha muy sucia y con mosquitos. Las zonas comunes por lo general bastante sucias.
