Spacious apt in Central London

The apartment is spacious, clean with a very good location. With lots of public transit options. Kings Cross station is a good hub for seeing London. We had a good stay. The hosts were responsive to our emails but did not share check in procedure till the day before. This was worrisome. It would have been good to provide instructions in the apartment on the use of appliances. We could not figure out the dryer and dishwasher. The bedroom does not have enough electrical outlets. Although there were 2 fans we could not use one in the bedroom. Minor maintenance is needed for cabinet doors.

Good location

Overall this was a nice apartment that was convenient to the metro and train station. However communication was not great as far as getting information on check in and being able to drop our luggage off early. I was not sent check in info until I emailed and still had to call because I never received a response about dropping our luggage off early.

Great location and size

This apartment worked really well for my wife, daughter, and I. 10 minute walk to King’s Cross and easy access to lots of shops and restaurants. It’s plenty big, with a good size bed and a couch that folded out into a relatively comfortable bed. Customer service was prompt. We had an issue with the shower drain and they came right out and fixed it. Only minor complaints: there is no A/C so keep that in mind (but there were two fans). And checkin could have been a little smoother: more info, sooner, with more explanation of the process. But on the whole, this was a very good place to stay.

Bien situé, mais plutôt cher

L'appartement est bien situé, à 10 min de King's Cross à pied et c'est sont principal avantage. Il n'y avait pas de ventilation dans la chambre et pas de prise électrique accessibles pour y ajouter un ventilateur, il faisait très chaud et la seule fenêtre disponible donnait sur une cour intérieure avec des gens qui fumaient toute la soirée. L'odeur de cigarette était insupportable et envahissante pour petite pièce. L'appartement est bien équipé (bien que le lave-vaisselle ne fonctionnait pas), relativement propre (un peu poussiéreux par endroit). Relativement calme aussi. Nous l'avons surtout choisi pour son emplacement.
