Exceptional 2300 sq penthouse apartment in a coveted development on Bolsover Street in Fitzrovia. The split-level (4th and 5th floor) apartment has fabulous views over Regent’s Park and the roofs of Fitzrovia, as well as a large west-facing roof terrace.
The apartment is accessed directly by a lift, which opens to the fourth floor, where three ensuite bedrooms lie; a powder room is useful for guests. Upstairs, the fifth floor is given over to an open-plan kitchen, living and dining room.

While our listing mentions air conditioning, we want to clarify that the property is equipped with a cooling system rather than traditional air conditioning. This cooling system is installed throughout the entire property, with units in every room, ensuring a comfortable environment. Unlike conventional air conditioning, this system works to maintain a cooler temperature by circulating air rather than refrigerating it.
Consistent Quality in Our Apartment Furnishings and Decor:
