Travelled with family and small children
Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
NEVER book this place! I messaged them about early checkin, they said it won’t be possible and it was fine with us. We arrived somewhere close outside the property (no clear directions on where it is). Waited an hour with my kids in a restaurant and they finally messaged that they had a glitch in their system and that the apartment is not available. I had to book another hotel last minute. Never book this property. They are not reliable. Awful experience with these people
