This property is above a bar and is extremely loud. The neighborhood is great. If the bar didn’t play loud techno music, this spot would be great.

Great stay, thanks

Only issue was the windows are a little dated and rattle loudly in the wind which kept me up untill I wedged them with towels. But we did experience gail force winds so I understand this may not be typical. Other than that minor gripe great host, thank you 👍

Property stated it was available for booking. Booked and payment made. Receive a message stating that the booking was cancelled and property was unavailable as there were other guests staying. Over a month passed and I was still waiting for a refund. I contacted e-bookers (several times) and for a few weeks they could not contact the property (no one was picking up). When they did talk to the property there were excuses or false actions to provide refund. E-bookers stated this was been escalated but there was no progress. Six weeks on, I got the credit card company to dispute which is in progress. Not a very happy experience.
