Nice room, clean & modern. Chaotic breakfast, not enough seats for all the guests & the food kept running out, as did the cutlery! Handy hotel for the underground though & it was great to be able to park. Downside of parking was that the signage for payment was very confusing if you were a hotel guest.

The room was nice and clean. The room service lady was nice and answered questions I had. The front desk staff had good demeanors as well. I like the ability to adjust the temperature in my room to be more comfortable to me. I recommend this place and would stay here again.

Staff at Reception were all great & helpful. Several days of my stay housekeeping were slow in the extreme. While it's reasonable to leave longer stay rooms until others are cleaned, 4pm is not acceptable. It's shows little to no regard for paying guests.

The Hotel would not refund or change the date of our booking, even though it was due to the concerts being cancelled due to the tube strike. We lost our money. Be carefully booking this place

Fantastic hotel!

Needing a room for 2 nights in North London with parking, this hotel surpassed my expectations. From the quick check in to the clean spacious room, to the helpful staff a gem!! If you need a hotel close to a Tube station with good restaurant choice on your doorstep you can’t go wrong. Will be my go to for all London trips.

Excellent property. With really friendly staff. Parking excellent and safe. You do have to pay £20 per 24 hours but as it’s London it’s reasonable. Rooms beds are up against the wall so if there are 2 of you something to be aware of. However we travel to London a lot and for the price and convenience this hotel is worth it

Second time of choosing Southgate Hotel for our London trip. Staff were all friendly and the hotel was nice and clean. Convieniant for the Tube about 5 minutes away and has plenty of shops/food around the area too. This is our go to place to stay whenever we need to visit London.

Excellent value for money. A short journey along the Piccadilly line and set amongst some lovely Greek and vegan coffee bars. Beautiful rooms, including accessible. Staff were smart, friendly and helpful - providing Pizza in early hours after a concert. Highly recommend. Big thank you for the ease of our lovely stay .

Hotel was lovely and clean & really convenient for the Piccadilly line However, £20 per day parking was extortionate. Paid £40 for two days and told by the front desk, if I ran a minute over into day 3 I’d have to pay another £20. Saw a sign on reception that said to store a bag £15. Never seen that before at any hotel!

A new modern and really well appointed hotel. We stayed in a ground floor room and it was very spacious. The staff were super helpful, breakfast was great. I would not hesitate to stay here again when visiting London. Tube station 2 minutes walk away. Excellent !!
