At 100m2 (1,075 ft2), it is larger than many three bedroom apartments. Each of its rooms is therefore spacious and comfortable, with ample room for additional beds (which can be supplied on request).

The kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, induction hob and waste disposal unit, as well as a conventional oven, microwave and espresso coffee machine. The utility room contains a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

The living/dining room has a six-seater dining table, a large flat screen TV and Bluetooth speakers. There is a further TV in each bedroom.

Both bedrooms contains a super king size bed (167 x 200 cm), which can be converted into two single beds. Each bed is fitted with a premium mattress, with high thread-count cotton sheets and duvet covers.

Top of the range sound insulation cuts out virtually all unwelcome sounds, making the apartment remarkable quiet at all times, despite its central location.

The apartment is serviced on a weekly basis, with a change of bed linen and towels. Complimentary toiletries are also available.
