This perfectly located two-bedroom apartment is all you need for both long and short stays in the city. The apartment has one double bedroom, one kingsize en-suite bedroom and a main bathroom, a large kitchen/ living room with a sofa bed for a larger group. If your stay is for business or pleasure this apartment caters to all your wants and needs. • Cancellation. You are entitled to a full refund 7days prior to check in date, any cancellations within the 7 days will not qualify for refund
• Check-in and check-out. You will pick up keys from a shop (Key Nest) 5 minutes walk from the property and be required to drop them back to the same location on check out.
• Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
• I.D. check and card authorisation. All guest ID's will need to be sent during the check in process along with a selfie to validate that the ID is a true representation. A £700 hold will be placed on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay. You will only get access to the property once the above has been actioned. You'll need to provide your email for check in
• Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any Enlighten Stays home.
• Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service. More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.
• Please be aware that there is a minut sensor in the property as a security measure. This device only measures noise levels in decibels and does not capture conversations. More in our T&C's on this.
• Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
