In terms of transportation, you have Pimlico Underground on the Victoria Line within minutes away, offering easy connections into Central London. Westminster and Victoria Underground stations (District, Jubilee, Circle and Victoria lines) are also not far away and Victoria National Railway station has 30-minute connections into Gatwick airport, London’s second biggest Airport.
