great property and host

Our family of 5 had a very comfortable stay at Gord's place. The property looks exactly how it appears in the pictures and was very clean. Gord was also great at communication and easy to contact. We hope we can return in the future.

Excellent, but with a noteworthy drawback

The apartment was very nice, well maintained, and a special find in this neighborhood. We had a family of 5 stay there comfortably. It was spacious and accommodating. The only drawback was that it is not close to the Underground or fast public transportation. Buses are nearby, but very slow. This is a great place, but just know that you are going to need to spend :45-:60 getting to the center of London or most of the major tourist attractions.

5 star rec of owner Gord Ray!

I made a mistake in my booking and only realized it too close to booking date so was not eligible for a refund. Gord was extremely amenable and kind and worked to try and get us a refund even though we were after the no-refund date! I appreciate his kindness and hospitality and wish we had gotten to stay in this house but hope to one day! 5 star review for the owner!

Amazing luxury apartment

We stayed over Xmas and the apartment and location could not have been better. Beautiful flat, felt like home!

This is a beautiful flat. So many personal touches from the owner it felt more like home than a rental. Beautiful natural light throughout the space and very quiet at night. Cute market about 2 blocks away so we were able to make breakfast daily which really helped with the budget! Great location (about 1.5 blocks from busy bus stop) and 10 to 15 min walk to underground. Great communication from the owner throughout the process. We will miss London and Sam 🐟. Thank you!

Very special London Victorian modernization

Beautifully renovated and decorated Victorian schoolhouse apartment with stunning and classy decor, fun and sunny loft, 3 lovely baths, open floor plan with spiral staircase to loft and a special rooftop patio access with amazing city views. Well appointed and cozy kitchen. I would have given it a strong 5 star rating except we only had hot water 1 of our 3 mornings! The owner responded but told us we could change the timing of the water heater to be on by using the “Nest” but that is too confusing and it makes no sense that a hot water heater would be turned off at at any time during a tenants stay … they should be able to shower 24/7. I believe the owner will rectify this as he is learning and tried to be responsive from afar. I would re-rent for sure!
