Great family trip

Very friendly staff and central location. Stayed with 3 young kids in family room no 1. Kids loved it. Spacious room with hot water in shower. I would compare like for like ie 5 star to 5 star and 2 star to other 2 stars. I gave stayed in all range of hotels and to be honest I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here compared to other 2/3 star hotels. Best thing is plenty of fruits all day long(sadly my kids are fussy) as well as use of kitchen amenities till 9 pm. Nice quiet location few mins walk from tube. Will definitely stay here again.

Es war ein sehr unkompliziert Hotel. Das Zimmer klein, dafür sehr sauber und schön renoviert. Wir bekamen bei der Ankunft einen Adapter und Ventilator, wofür wir bei 38 Grad mehr als dankbar waren. Konnten Wasser zum Trinken auffüllen und Mikrowelle und Küche benutzen. Nur mit der Zimmer Reinigung würde ich einen Daumen nach unten geben. Super war das wir beim auschecken gefragt wurden und deponieren konnten. Das Frühstück war okay und große Auswahl. Mit der Undergroud kommt man sehr leicht überall hin. Ich würde diese Hotel sofort wieder wählen.

Hôtel très médiocre

Malgré un personnel charmant, nous ne recommandons pas cet hôtel . Nous y sommes restés 5 jours. La chambre très exiguë pour 4 personnes . Mobilier sommaire et en mauvais état. Moquette très sale , dessus de lit tachés, couvre-lits et draps de même et je vous passe les détails sur la propreté des toilettes . Le ménage n'a pas été fait une seule fois en 5 jours et les draps ont pas été changés, les lits n'étaient même pas faits.

A éviter

La chambre familiale est au sous-sol, sans aération ni possibilité d'ouvrir la fenêtre. Les 3 lits occupent la totalité de la surface au sol. Elle est à côté de la salle commune où le réceptionniste reçoit ses amis la nuit ! Dès 6h, prévoir aussi les bruits de la cuisine attenante.

Perheloma

Hotelli sijaitsee hyvällä paikalla,hyvät yhteydet jokapuolelle. Hyvää on myös se, että Lontoosta löytyy hotelleja johon mahtuu isokin perhe (5 hlöä). Hotellin aamupalahuone pieni ja henkilökunta hieman väsähtänyttä. Hedelmät ja köahvi ok mutta muuten olisi parantamisen varaa, leivät ja pekonit useinmiten palaneita.

Ideaal voor city trip

Prijs en kwaliteit waren in een goede verhouding. Erg prettig personeel. Hotel was dicht bij metro op een rustige locatie. Het gebouw is oud en gehorig maar dat is deel van de charme.

Halvalla ei saa hyvää

Hotellin sijainti lähellä metroasemaa oli ainoa tosi hyvä asia. Henkilökuntakin oli mukavaa, ja ystävällisesti he antoivat meille huoneen jo hyvissä ajoin ennen virallista sisäänkirjautumisaikaa. Muuten hotelli oli pettymys. Neljälle hengelle tarkoitettu huoneemme oli ahdas pieni ullakkohuone, jossa oli vain yksi kattoikkuna - katselimme siis vain taivasta! Vaatekaappi oli, mutta siinä oli vain tanko, ei hyllyjä. Nurkassa oli pieni pöytä televisiolle, ja sen lisäksi oli vain yksi yöpöytä, eli ei muuta laskutilaa tavaroille tai matkalaukuille. Kylpyhuone oli siisti mutta kuitenkin parhaat päivänsä nähnyt ei siuhkuverhoa (eli vesi roiskui ympäriinsä), vain pieni peilihylly, ei muuta laskutilaa. Vettä tuli huonolla paineella (5. krs) ja lämmintä vettä joutui odottamaan pitkään. Valaistus oli huono, ilma tunkkainen. Lämmitys ei ollut enää päällä, vaikka elettiin helmikuun loppua ja ulkona oli vain n. +5 astetta. Seinien läpi ja käytävästä kuului äänet. Aamupala oli aika vaatimaton. Aamiaislautasella paksu pekonisiivu, joka tuntui lähinnä keitetyltä (ei rapeaksi paistetulta), sekä pavut, sienet ja muna uivat rasvassa. Leipä oli kuivaa, joskus kärähtänyttä. Tee ja kaakao olivat jäähtyneet. Hedelmät olivat tarjolla kokonaisina käytävän puolella, koska ruokailuhuone oli ahdas. Ruokailuhuonetta olisi voinut kuulemma käyttää myös muina aikoina omatoimiseen teen/kahvin keittelyyn ja oleskeluun, sillä muita yhteisiä tiloja ei tainnut olla. Kokonaisuus oli siis heikko. Yhden yön olisi ehkä kestänyt, mutta kolme yötä oli liikaa...
