Disliked: Staff & service
Adequate room and clean bedroom and bathroom. Communication could do with improving because I didn't receive email notification 72 hours prior to visit (as stated), I did not know what door number it was (No.113) and nobody answered the phone number when I called, so I was standing outside for 40 minutes. But good price for location.
