Huge, light and airy flat in an iconic grade 2 listed former flour mill with a central Greenwich location, 2 minutes' walk from the DLR.
One large king sized bedroom but the living area can easily accommodate another two adults.
Communal roof garden with lovely flowers, seating and a barbecue, perfect for summer drinks. Safe, gated community with onsite parking in the courtyard (please request a fob). Central Greenwich location but extremely quiet as we are set back from the road. Step free access (reliable lift) and on-site concierge.
Location-wise we are between Deptford Bridge and Greenwich stations. Deptford Bridge (2 minutes' walk) will take you to Canary Wharf in 12 minutes and Bank in 20 minutes. Greenwich mainline will take you to London Bridge in 9 minutes. Greenwich is on Thameslink so you can also take a direct train to Kings Cross St Pancras and Gatwick Airport easily.
We are 10 minutes' walk to Greenwich town centre with its cafes, restaurants, shops and attractions (including Greenwich Park and the museums). Greenwich also has a Clipper boat if you want to take the more scenic route to the city. If you're in a hurry Tesco and Co-op are both one minute's walk away.
