Location amazing! The host made me wait 5 minutes before check in 37 degrees keeping food cold outside the property for 4 hours. Then he proceeded to feel he’d done nothing wrong. The property had multiple issues Broken toilet setNo cupboard on bathroom unitLeaking cold and hot basin tap. 3 hangers only for a triple wardrobe and the need for a couple to hang their things Broken blinds in the bedroom No utensils to cook with. Oven not working Washing up tools dirty Toilet brush needed replacing months ago due to yellow from either urine or bleach. Outdoor heater for when sitting on the balcony which clearly hasn’t been pact tested or any of the other electrical units. I am a landlord myself and pride myself on the aftercare I give to my clients regardless of it feeling who’s right or wrong. It’s about the preventable, support, solution and feedback that you would always want to make sure is followed through a process that will lake everyone happy. Brian the host I have never met anyone so on the defence, unprofessional, unfair, uncaring and just sheer lack of any accountability or responsibility for the process of this booking. VRBO I am sure will be happy to pass it on so I can prevent any other clients renting this amazing location and potential great apartment out prior to any of the above and the host being rectified.
