The Space:

This private Mayfair apartment is located on the 4th floor of a period building with lift access and offers approximately 108 sqm of internal space.



The main bedroom features a super king bed (180 cm x 200 cm) and built-in wardrobes. The mezzanine level provides a second sleeping area with a UK small double bed (120 cm x 190 cm). Please note that this bed is more suitable for one adult or for occasional use.



There are two bathrooms. One includes a walk-in shower, and the second has a shower over bath.



The reception and dining area benefits from good natural light and features bay windows and original period detailing. A staircase from the living area leads to the mezzanine level.



The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine and essential cookware suitable for short stays.

Air conditioning is provided via portable AC units located in the mezzanine and master bedroom only. These are effective for those rooms but may not cool the entire apartment during very hot weather.



The building’s lift is sufficient but compact – unfortunately, it is not wheelchair accessible. As with many beautiful period buildings, the layout and lift size reflect the property’s historic character.



Rubbish and recycling collection follows Westminster Council schedules, with disposal permitted from 8pm onwards - details provided in the welcome guide.
