the studio was great, however too noisy. 1) It was ground floor and you could hear everyting going on outsuide the windows. 2) the wall mus have been papoer thin as you could hear everyting going on upstairs and on the hallway and 3) there was construction workers in the hallway and they were also quite noisy from early morning. so the studio was good expect for the noise. so all in all, if the noise
