Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Booked a suite overlooking Hyde Park with kitchen and advertised as whole apartment. The receptionist had no idea we were staying until I showed the Expedia app on my phone. We were given a basement room which was tiny, no TV or kettle! The window wouldn't shut or lock and looked out on the storage area for the rubbish. Didn't want to use the shower or bathroom as it was filthy and the radiator was stuck on maximum so the place was like a furnace. Not a place I would send my worst enemy!
