You will have private access to the entire apartment to yourself. Entertainment access to NETFLIX, You Tube, a huge library of TV shows and blockbuster movies. Surf to your hearts content on the super fast fibre Wi-Fi (150MB+) to ensure that you don't get bored when you're indoors.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all crockery and cutlery available for you to cook up a decent meal. Basic cooking ingredients such as oil, salt n paper are all provided for your convenience. There is complimentary unlimited tea and coffee. Other additional facilities such as a dishwasher, washing machine, airer, iron and ironing board are all provided.

Our apartment is professionally serviced to 5 star hotel standards with weekly towels and linen change.

Note that there is no AC at this apartment, however we have two desktop fans there should you need any for the bedrooms.

Note that the beds can be re-configured as four singles, two kings, or 2 singles and 1 king beds upon request! One double sofabed avail upon request.

There is a large communal garden (shared area) accessible at the rear of the apartment with landscaped decking and benches with great views of the Canary Wharf business district.

Free on site secured car park for one car during the entire length of your stay for your convenience.

We may meet and greet to welcome you personally or if we are unable to do so, we will give you instructions for key collection and self check-in.

Our neighbourhood is very safe with families and working professionals living in the locality.

There are many convenience shops, restaurants, take-aways near by and local groceries store (Tesco) only a few yards away.

At the doorstep of Europe's biggest financial city, Canary Wharf is only a stone throw away offering a huge multitude of shopping, restaurants and bars.

Bus stop at your doorstep and multiple DLR/Underground stations all within 3 mins walk.

The sofa in the living room can also sleep one more person as it opens up into a sofabed.

- No pets allowed.
- No smoking indoors, only out at the back patio or rear communal garden.
- No shoes in the apartment.
- Quiet time between 10pm - 8am.
- Local bookings in London would not be entertained.
- Booker needs to be at least 21 years of age.
- Government ID (with verified address) must be supplied prior to your check-in for verification as per UK Tourism rules.
- Our Terms of Service must be signed at least 24 hours prior to check-in.
- A fully refundable security deposit of £300 by bank transfer, card or via Airbnb is required prior to check-in.
- We DO NOT cater for any parties or events at our properties. CCTV installations are present at the property common areas and noise monitoring devices installed within the property to detect any noise nuisance. If excessive noise above the threshold is detected, our guests would be asked to leave immediately, their stay forfeited and no refunds would be given as per our Terms of Service.
