Local shops and Chessington train station are less than one minute walk away with trains into London Waterloo 30 mins. Free parking and easy access to the M25. Easy local buses to Kingston upon Thames and New Malden which boasts authentic Korean supermarkets, restaurants, and cultural hubs. Ground floor modern large one bed flat consists of a double bed plus bunk beds. It is suitable for families of 4 who seek a cost effective versatile space with own amenities. The kitchen has all amenities crockery, cutlery, glasses, baking trays. and chopping board etc. Additionally, there is a microwave, toaster, washing machine, Tassimo coffee maker (guest provide own pods) and microwave. The living room in this large one bed provides a versatile and comfortable living/dining space which is bright and modern. There is an panelled wall with mounted TV area with smart TV and excellent wifi. There is an additional small double sofa (converts to bed if needed for 5th guest). The dining table/area seats 4 people. The bathroom has a good power shower with glass screen and in a bath and small wall mounted shelf for toiletries. There is direct access to outside grass area which is shared and can be used for picnics and playing outside. There is one free parking space is available in car park 24/7.
