It was clean and spacious. Not the greatest location but I chose it to be near my daughter’s dwelling. Transportation is good but relatively far from center. What was surprising is lack of body moisturizer, q-tips etc in the bathroom. And I would recommend to order room survive daily.

Small room but spotless. Super-Comfortable bed. Good shower. Helpful check-in staff. Room lacked a little in clothes hanging space, which was positioned above coffee-making facility area/kettle. I had a long party dress and there was nowhere to hang it. A couple of hooks for coats/dresses would be an improvement. Ok for one person/one night, but would have been tricky for two. Food was good but menu lacked choice for healthy options. Very salty.

I booked and paid a few days in advance, but when we arrived late in the evening we were told there was no room available. We were advised to go and find another hotel, which was shocking. After pushing to speak with a manager, we were told they would clean a room for us. We ended up waiting two and a half hours and didn’t get to bed until 2am. This was incredibly stressful for me and my sister. We are both in our early twenties and unfamiliar with the area, so being told to look for somewhere else at that time of night felt careless and unsafe. The whole situation was completely unacceptable. We were offered a free breakfast and an extra hour to check out, but that hardly covered the disruption or the worry we went through. This hotel needs to take situations like this far more seriously.
