Stay was good...I was provided with 2 bottles of water and fruits everyday...only thing what I would like to mention is since there was no lift so guests arriving with big luggage should plan accordingly to move it upstairs by stairs...hotel staff was good and helpful...cleaning was done everyday...however cleaning could have been more clean like under the beds etc....however stay was good

Personal freundlich. Preis und Leistung stimmt. Gute Lage nur die Einrichtung könnte eine Renovation vertragen. Gerade Bad, Kühlschrank usw. Ansonsten ok

The room was simple, the bath was new. Perfect for us, because hotel is near the city. Service was perfect. Our room was quiet. If we visit London again, we will stay there again.

Enttäuschend

Das einzig Positive war die freundliche Dame am Empfang am 1. Abend - dann wurde sie durch einen unhöflichen Mann abgelöst. Ansonsten: Zimmer in Streichholzschachtelgröße, Fenster undicht, keine Heizung im Bad (Außentemperatur ca 5°C), fehlende Lampe im Bad. Außerdem: Das Versprechen, einen Ofen für das Bad bereitzustellen - das wurde aber nicht getan und bei der Rückkehr um 22 Uhr waren keine Angestellten mehr aufzufinden, die nochmals darum hätten gebeten werden können.

Good location

Staying in London is expensive, and hotels may not be quite up to the standard you expect. That being said, The Bridge hotel is a pretty safe bet. On the down side, the room we had was very small indeed, the shower was so small I found it a challenge to use it; there was quite some noise from the street (esp. the student dorms across the narrow street); the breakfast was a bit of a disappointment (check whether it is included in the room price). On the upside: good location (Piccadilly Circus is just 5 stops away if you go by underground, the underground station is at some 5 min. walking distance; there is also a double decker bus that takes you right to the centre - great way to see a bit of London, but it can take much longer), friendly, accommodating staff.
