Very clean, on a quiet street with helpful staff. We had a lovely few days with a good nights sleep, no disturbances. Useful to have the staffed reception. Note the building has no sign outside so make sure you look at the photo to know which it is - No. 20.

Really disappointed with my room advertised as premium, we left after 6 hours due to faulty window handles, table and chair legs and dimmer switch falling off. Little things like this really impacted the quality of our stay and we ended up leaving to find something else as I didn’t feel safe. I spoke to reception about this when we checked out on first day and she just said sorry
