This is such a beautiful property and so convenient to Kew Gardens. The room was comfortable and lovely. Most of all, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Loved our stay!

Cute pub/hotel

Stayed the one night for a visit to Kew Gardens. Hotel is a lovely pub located perfectly for visitors of the Gardens. Tube is nice and close by too so was easy to get to with over night bags. Receptionist was lovely and really helpful. We arrived well before check in, so they took our bags in to the luggage store and then moved them to our room for when we returned. We stayed on the ground floor, rooms were beautiful and so quiet, would not think you were staying in a pub. We only booked for bed only but had dinner on the sunday afternoon and was 10/10. Portions for sunday lunch are very generous, couldn’t finish it all. Room service app was a bit hit and miss so ended up calling down for it instead. Would definitely recommend this pub/hotel for anyone visiting the area. Appreciated the air-conned room as we stayed on a very warm weekend. Would definitely book again if we are in the area.

Terrific staff. Great breakfast. Short walk to Kew Gardens and direct bus line to Richmond Park and Richmond central, where you can take train to central London in 20 minutes. Restaurant serves excellent meals and the pub is outstanding.

Lovely little hotel with good bus line to nearby Richmond. The booking was a bit misleading as it says Richmond but is actually in Kew across from the lovely Kew Gardens. Richmond is a 10 minute bus drive away. Very nice service, cozy environment. I like Young’s Hotels because they feel like part of the neighborhood.

Great place to stay, we had 2 nights at the Coach and Horses Kew Green, the room was spacious with a comfortable king size bed, there was a well stocked mini bar if you wanted alcoholic or soft drinks plus a honesty hamper with plenty of snacks, having a nespresso machine and pods was a pleasent surprise. The shower was a delight, really powerful water, luxurious soft towels and plenty of quality toiletries. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, from the breakfasst and evening meal staff to the housekeeping staff, and Alicja the receptionist was a gem and a joy to chat with

Perfect location for Kew Gardens. Secure free parking. Excellent breakfast menu. A perfect twin bed room with everything you need, all clean & comfortable.The staff were absolutely fantastic so welcoming and helpful. Lovely big room. Large comfortable bed. Lighting poor e.g No lighting over the mirror. Only one light in the porch and rather dim lights each side of the bed. No instructions on how to use air con- it took time to work out on a hot day. Very polite helpful and friendly staff on reception bar and restaurant. A real asset to the hotel.
