THE SPACE: A bold, design-led duplex unlike anything else in Covent Garden. The open-plan ground floor combines a generous living area, fully equipped kitchen, and bar dining in one confident space — anchored by large-scale original artwork and floor-to-ceiling windows that draw in natural light. Every room has a distinct personality, from the dramatic living space to the jewel-box twin alcove tucked beneath the staircase.



LIVING AREA: Deep navy velvet sofa, marble coffee table, Smart TV, and a curated art collection spanning the full width of the wall. The bar-height dining seats four — equally suited to a working breakfast or an evening in before the theatre.



TWIN ALCOVE: A private alcove housing two single beds, each dressed in hotel-quality linen and framed by a floor-to-ceiling botanical wallpaper with rattan headboards and warm ambient lighting. A proper second sleeping space with genuine character. Please note this area is accessed from the ground floor living space.



BEDROOM: Up the staircase, the king bedroom is a calm contrast to the vibrancy below — clean lines, original artwork, and direct access to the en-suite bathroom.



TWO BATHROOMS: The ground floor bathroom is clad in full-height black marble with matte black fittings and a rainfall shower — dramatic and genuinely luxurious. The en-suite upstairs takes a different tone: warm stone tiles, a sculptural basin, and a rainfall shower. Two completely different experiences, both considered.



KITCHEN: Fully equipped with Miele double ovens, induction hob, full-size fridge, and all essentials. No washing machine visible — everything is clean, considered, and functional.

For theatre, the West End is on your doorstep. For work, Holborn is a 5-minute walk and connects you to the City and beyond in under 30 minutes. Leicester Square is 10 minutes on foot, with Soho, the Strand, and Oxford Street all easily walkable from the front door.



Central London without the noise. Everything within reach without being in the middle of it.



Getting Around:

Three tube stations within 10 minutes on foot — Holborn (5 min), Covent Garden (7 min), and Leicester Square (10 min) — connecting you to the Piccadilly, Central, and Northern lines. Paddington, King's Cross, and London Bridge are all under 20 minutes by tube.



The neighbourhood is easily walkable. Soho, the Strand, Trafalgar Square, and the West End theatres are all reachable without touching the underground. Buses and Uber are plentiful on Kingsway and the Strand for late nights. Santander Cycles docking stations are nearby for daytime exploring.

We had a good stay overall. The location was excellent—close to public transportation, within walking distance of many attractions, and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and shops. The property was clean, check-in was easy, and the host communicated well throughout our stay. We also appreciated the option for early check-in, which was available for an additional fee.A few things to be aware of: the upper bedroom was quite warm, even though the weather outside was cool. The showers had a noticeable mildew smell that could use attention, and the lighting throughout the property was somewhat dim. Also, the small alcove with the twin beds has a very low ceiling. It would not work well for guests taller than 5’4”.Despite these minor issues, the convenient location, cleanliness, responsive host, and flexibility with check-in made this a good place to stay.
Stayed 6 nights in May 2026
