Loved the large bathroom. The room was very good, with almost no noise from the pedestrian only street. Which in turn is a problem as taxis can not access the front of the hotel. Great to be close to Covent Garden.

This is a cute boutique hotel with some nice personal touches such as turn down service, and homemade biscuits. The room was a bit small for two people traveling for two weeks with luggage but we made it work. Hotel is close to many local sites, but would caution that Covent Gardens is very noisy and bustling with locals and tourists. You may want to reach out to staff in advance to understand room options if noise is a concern. The last time I had visited Covent Gardens was pre COVID and was in the fall and it was not nearly as chaotic. While we did not eat in the restaurant, the menu and staff appeared to be friendly and the selection very good.

Location, location......

Location was great, noise wasn’t bad considering we were in the middle of Covent Garden, but, we were across the road from the main hotel on the 3rd floor without a working elevator. The room was tiny and though that's not unusual in London, I would hope that cleaning was efficient every day and I have reason to question that. The delivery of cookies every day is very nice, but when water isn't replenished and dirty glasses weren't removed and replaced, its a bit bizarre. Bar staff across the road were excellent and efficient despite some loud and obnoxious customers. In all, great location, but a lot of money for such a small room

No space, air conditioning or hot water!

The hotel was in a great location. However, our experience was less than we expected. The room was extremely small with no dresser or closet space making it uncomfortable for a week’s stay. They provided a rolling rack and were limited on sourcing extra hangers. The room was at 16 degrees and was not cool leading us to believe the air was not working despite our constant questioning. We awoke one morning to no hot water as well as one day we returned to our room at 4pm hoping to relax and the room had not been serviced yet. The staff seemed miserable and while we were cheery each day we were not returned with a cheerio. I would not recommend unless you are traveling for a short stay and love the convenience of being in the heart of covent garden.

Smallest Hotel Wardrobe in the World..!

Check in was fine but the top floor ‘Superior’ room was small and honestly had the smallest width wardrobe. We had suits and could only fit 2 in. Had to ask for a separate rail to hang our clothes on..!
