Free 500mb internet is available to all guests. The property has gas central heating and radiators and is running regularly throughout the day and additional electric heaters can be provided if required. It takes 22 minutes to get to Balham with trains running every 7 minutes and it takes 35 minutes to get to London Bridge with trains frequenting every 30 minutes. Balham underground station is also only 8 minutes (2 stops) away and East Croydon is only 10 minutes (4 stops away). The local area has some fantastic restaurants, especially if you like Indian/Pakistani food with the renowned Royal Mahal, Dawat and Charsi Karahi as well as Moroccan food at Moorish Lounge.
