Wonderful weekend stay

Loved the apartment - so quiet and relaxing. Only downside was there’s nowhere near a mirror to plug in hairdryer/ straighteners etc. and bathroom was a little too dark to apply make up, but I would certainly book again, the decor was beautiful and the spa was fantastic! Loved it.

Great location and decor; no breakfast for price

Great location with Gloucester Road underground less than 5 minutes walk away with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby and a short walk to the natural history museum. The room was beautiful and it was great to have a kitchen set up in the room. For the price of the stay, I feel breakfast should have been included and it was also a shame that dinner wasn’t an option after 6pm. It was also hard to order room service on the app so we had to call the hotel itself to ask for room service as there wasn’t a phone in the room or a way to order. Decor was beautiful and the spa was lovely also; pool was quite chilly so I’m glad the steam and sauna was available. Staff were very attentive and we were able to leave our bags on the last day and return back for them before our train home. I’d definitely return to this hotel as the location is perfect.

This is a wonderful hotel. Brilliant location, great rooms, (though somewhat cozy but it’s London!) fabulous bar and reception area, and even has a pool, sauna and steam room! The staff are exceptional, always friendly and on hand to help.

Love It!

My second time staying here and it won't be my last. Absolutely love the rooms, the club areas, the location itself, and the hospitality of everyone who works there. It feels upscale and attentive without being stuffy. Super convenient to tourist areas, but also easy to relax in the area and feel at home. Definitely a home-away-from-home for me when I'm in London. The vibe is somehow both hip and unpretentious, and just really makes me feel at home. Can't wait for my next visit!

The hotel is ideally located two blocks from the Glouchester Rd. tube which made our trips around London quite convenient. It's a 10 minute walk from South Kensington. The staff could not have been more helpful from check in to check out. We had a small problem with the air/heat which was expertly taken care of within 30 minutes of our notifying the front desk. Our flat was comfortable and "trendy" but the dark walls and lack of adequate lighting as well as no exterior windows (we had one window which looked onto an interior courtyard) made it a bit gloomy. There was absolutely no good spot for make up application (would bring a lighted make up mirror on any subsequent visits) and my husband had difficulty shaving in the bathroom which also has low lighting. We did not opt for the added breakfast but the dining area was lovely. My husband used the work out area daily and reported it to be a good facility. Would definitely recommend a stay here with the noted provisions.
