This Hotel is unique; a ‘Great Gatsby’ feel and decor. The staff is highly accommodating and kind. There are many comfy, cozy, lounge areas - including a well-stocked library. An actual club with annual membership, and guests have membership for the length of their stay; quiet, intimate atmosphere with no typical tourists, few to no children (at least during my stay). Highly recommended.

The other house has a very unique personality. It’s nicely decorated- Hard floors, opening windows, full size fridge, all necessary electrical gadgets, full set off dishes, cups, vine glasses, kitchen utensils.The bed is very comfy, nice bedding, free landry facilities. Staff is very attentive and friendly. Location is great. A lot is great restaurants in the area in walking distance. Tube is very close.

Lovely bank holiday stay, family of 5.

Wonderful stay for a family of 5. Lovely sized clean room. We stayed in one of the basement rooms and were worried it would feel dark but it didn’t. The hotel was an excellent location for us to visit the museums, many cafes and restaurants and Kensington palace and gardens without having to use any public transport. Used the pool during the time children are allowed. It was nice but very busy and too many older children jumping in for our 2 year old. I think it would benefit from more than one time a day during holidays and weekends where kids can use the pool or a special under 5s time.

As soon as we entered this hotel, you felt welcome. Reception staff were amazing and the room was top notch. We stayed in one of the basement rooms (2 adults and 3 kids). Very quirky, clean and had an amazing nights sleep. Big thank you. Will definitely be back.

The location was phenomenal. Within two blocks there were multiple restaurants, a Tube stop, and a bus stop that could take you all over the city easily. My only complaint was that the hotel was doing maintenance directly in front of my room. I was not notified by staff that the work was taking place. It was annoying and potentially unsafe for myself and other guests.
