Located within walking distance of Peckham’s buzzing restaurants, bars, and green spaces, the home combines local character with everyday convenience.

• Open-plan lounge and dining area with large corner sofa, TV, and a dining table for up to 6 guests
• Separate, fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and direct access to the rear patio
• Private outdoor patio with outdoor seating, perfect for warmer days
Upper Floors
• Three bedrooms: two designed for adults, and one decorated as a children’s room
• Stylish bathroom with bath and overhead shower
