The pictures are a bit deceiving - the place is a lot smaller than it appears. The property managers are hit or miss. I checked in previously indicating 4 guests (they said so they could be sure to have enough linens), and there were only 2 bath towels - one with a yellow stain - and a few hand towels. There was also no hand soap. When I called to address this issue, staff said they don’t provide soap, despite the picture on Expedia. Talking to a different staff, later that day, they rectified the issue the following day. Finally, the Wi-Fi - when I called to say it didn’t work, they again wanted proof. For three days, we had no wifi, and for 3 days I had to call. When it was finally fixed, I had to call again for new directions. The location is convenient, but the hospital is just down the street and sirens ran throughout the night. I would not rent here again.
