The room is neat with thoughtful furnishings. The staff is helpful and accommodating. The hotel is easily accessible by tube and the neighbourhood is pleasant and safe.

The hotel is NOTHING like the picture; I was put in about an 80 square foot loft with 4 foot ceilings and no A/C, so it was over 90 degrees F each night. They did give me two fans which minimally helped, but what an awful experience. The hotel has no front desk, it is actually a pub with a few rooms being rented out above. The carpet looked like animals had done their business all over it, being completely stained and gross.

Anna was lovely. The pub and hotel are also nicely finished. There are some bits that need attention like the shower overflowing but honestly it’s a lovely hotel and I fully recommend anyone staying there.

From waiting 20 mins to get checked in, to the strong smell of food, to the super annoying electronic lock, to the leak coming through the ceiling to the general air of tiredness this was an experience to forget. Image shows the light coming in the window next to the bed at 5am - a pretty effective early alarm!
