Friendly staff upon arrival, clean room, fully stocked with tea/coffee as well as bathroom products. Nice and air-conditioned with a comfortable bed. Overall did the job of a single night stay well. Would definitely stay again in the future.

Room was internal so no windows , but has it was winter didn’t matter . Room was small but did the job , the only issue was an issue with the kettle where the plug was damaged. I did report it but nothing was done, on departure I mentioned this to Philip who can’t be more helpful sorted out breakfast coffee anything I wanted . Even for this issue I would go back

Great room, extremely attentive and helpful staff. There was an issue with my room - basically they didnt have the room I booked and gave me a smaller room. When we discussed reimbursement, I asked if I could just get breakfast comped to make up for the difference and the staff did not provide it officially so every morning I had to explain the situation.
