Nice location but I had an awful noise like a lorry idling above me on and off all night long. I was on the 5th floor. Got about 3 hours sleep. Room is very compact but actually it works. Due to my experience, I would be hard pushed to every book there again.

Staff were excellent and the room clean and had plenty of towels. I know that the rooms differ due to size which is understandable but a hook or two in the bathroom to hang wet towels on would be useful (I was in room 509). Also I think you should provide a "light" breakfast version as the cost of breakfast when you only want fruit, yoghurt and maybe some toast or a pastry is too high.

Second Z stay, great value for central London and excellent once again. Terrific business model for overnighter in London. Comfortable, quiet, clean and great shower. Fab buffet breakfast with the particularly nice touch that coffees are made for you by a barista - none of your press-button machines that just ran out of milk!

Nice staff, clean room. Nice amenities. Traveled solo, didn’t need a big room. Room was just enough but would be tight for 2. Not sure what sized rooms they have if not just one person. Noisy hallways, and after a long flight from the US my dream sleep kept making me think it was my kids and I almost yelled a few times. Coffee and tea in the room.

The location is fantastic - right in the heart of Covent Garden but tucked away unexpectedly in a quiet courtyard by a beautiful church. The bed was comfortable, and the room was basic and small but enough for a solo traveller. The shower was a bit disappointing, but the bathroom was clean and the towels were soft and clean. There was a little noise, possibly from the nearby tube lines, (my room was in the basement) but not bad at all.
